white wine vinegar

Instructions
Slice your tomatoes and jalapeno into chunks (leave jalapeno seeds if you want heat).
Place peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor. Pulse a few times.
Add in white wine vinegar and lemon juice.
Pulse until desired thickness.
Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Refridgerate and allow flavors to marry overnight.
