  • Blender

Materials

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Mario Camacho Pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Power on high until smooth.

Notes

Store in airtight container in refridgerator for up to one month.
