Pepperoncini Pesto

Materials
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Cup Mario Camacho Pepperoncini peppers
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- 2 pieces garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Power on high until smooth.
Notes
Store in airtight container in refridgerator for up to one month.
